Tai Chi is an ancient practice that many people use today to improve their health and sense of well-being. Doctors often recommend Tai Chi to older adults to help build strength and a stronger sense of balance and to help manage some health conditions. Tai Chi is a moving meditation and can also be used as a martial art. Come and learn about this slow, gentle though powerful practice and try some basic Tai Chi movements for yourself.
