Participants will learn how to make beautiful and delicious decorated cookies that they can share with family and friends. Aging may bring fear but also can raise questions about how to find purpose and create excitement at any age. This workshop will review what is meant by "Aging Fearlessly" and then focus on what steps can be taken to fight ageism within ourselves and in our communities. The workshop includes a conversation between Dr. Julie Bach and Marc Blessoff who will share some examples of how to age fearlessly. Participants will be asked to consider their own plan to age fearlessly.

Phyllis will explain how the plastic we throw away is negatively affecting us and our environment. She will have hands-on examples of household alternatives and ways to avoid single-use plastics, the most common and dangerous practice we do.
